Thanks to association members who head up important projects aimed at the health of Matthews Lake.

• Inspectors at the public landing and tools to clean boats.
• Camera and audio at the public landing reminding boaters to clean their boats.
• "Fish Sticks," trees that will be put along the lake shore line this winter to enhance fish habitat.
• Ongoing monitoring of water quality of Lake Matthews.
• Work on a grant to review factors that could contribute to changes in the lake's quality.
