Report volunteer hours

Hello MLA property owners - 

All of us have the opportunity to provide support for the lake association by monitoring the water for invasive plants as we cruise around the lake, picking up Chinese Mystery Snails along the shoreline or attending meetings where we address water quality issues. We need volunteer hours as a match to the government grant that we obtain.

Here is the form that should be completed. The form has a column for the rate and that should be filled in as $12 an hour. Note, in order to fill and save this form electronically, it must be opened using Adobe Reader or Acrobat software.
